Three Months Outpatient Sober living Coaching Program
Three-Month Outpatient Sober Living Programme
Through my work in both primary rehab care and sober living (secondary care), I’ve seen how well clients can do during treatment—only to relapse soon after returning to daily life. The early phase of recovery is especially vulnerable, and continued support during this time can make all the difference.
CoKind Therapy offers a unique approach to post-treatment care—one of the first of its kind to blend outpatient trauma-informed therapy with personalized sober living coaching. Designed for those transitioning from rehab into real life, this program fills the critical gap between recovery and reintegration
At CoKind Therapy, we focus on helping you navigate familiar challenges with new tools. Over the course of three months, we’ll support you in staying sober, developing healthy coping strategies, and building a lifestyle that aligns with your recovery goals.
P.S. The treatment plan on the right is just a reference. Your journey is unique—and so will be your plan, tailored to meet your personal needs and pace.
